As Managing Partner of Berry & Hunt, Steve teamed up with the late Jim Berry, Founder & Chairman of Republic Parking System. Together Berry & Hunt, and its affilites own and operate approximately 800,000 square feet of office and related space in downtown Chattanooga. Steve manages all leasing and brokerage work of the company and for Jim Berry Company, a related property management firm.

While the majority of Steve's responsibilities are focused on Berry & Hunt's properties, he also provides tenant representation services to third-party clients.

Steve is Past President of BOMA Chattanooga and has served as President of the Commercial Realtors Council of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors. He is a current Board Member of the CRC. Steve serves on the Tennessee Association of Realtors Commercial Forms Committee, the Board of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a founding and current Board Member of Emily's Power For a Cure Foundation. Steve also serves St. Peter's Episcopal Church as a member of the Vestry and as the 2017 Jr. Warden.

Steve and Kim have 3 sons and reside in their hometown of Chattanooga.
